About the Role

You will be the founding BizOps hire, serving as the core operating partner to the Head of Finance & Strategy and the broader leadership team. You will work across the entire business - operations, finance, GTM, and technology - turning ambiguous questions into structured analyses, decisions, and action.

This is a generalist role at a company where the playbook is still being written. The right person should be happy to be building a financial model for a board meeting one week, standing up a pricing framework the next week, and exploring new expansion avenues at the same time. You will be in the room where decisions get made, and you will be the person who makes sure those decisions are grounded in data and followed through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning high-priority initiatives that don't have a natural home, from scoping to done

  • Owning foundational operating rhythms (weekly / monthly / quarterly reporting, KPI tracking, etc), and evolving them as the business scales

  • Building mission critical business processes – whether it’s recruiting, product analytics, or deal desk, own 0-to-1 execution of your parts of the business. You treat each like a product – constantly testing, iterating, optimizing, and raising the bar. 

  • Building out dashboards, metrics, and success measures that give leadership visibility and enable data-driven decisions

  • Design, deploy, and improve AI workflows, automations, and agent-driven processes using existing tech stack (or suggesting new tools / infrastructure)

  • Creating board and investor reporting & narratives

Required Qualifications

  • 4-8 years in finance (Investment Banking, PE), management consulting (diligence experience preferred), or a high-growth startup

  • Strong data analysis, and Excel skills, with experience interpreting and working with financial data

  • A structured thinker who can break down ambiguous challenges, find practical solutions, and drive execution

  • You get energy from building relationships with people – be they candidates or internal stakeholders – and pride yourself on quickly earning trust
