At Outmarket, we’re building the intelligence layer for commercial insurance. Our AI-powered platform helps brokers, MGAs, wholesalers, and carriers unlock value from their data and streamline complex workflows. We’ve already partnered with some of the most innovative agencies in the industry and are scaling quickly.
We’re now hiring our Founding Account Executive—someone who knows how to sell into insurance and wants to own the full sales motion in a fast-moving startup environment.

You’ll work directly with the co-founders:
Vishal, who built go-to-market and product at Uber, Meta, and Ethos
Anshu, an AI pioneer and early engineer on IBM’s Watson AI team
Join a team of world-class engineers and product leaders from Meta, Uber, Adobe, and IBM
Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close, with real input into pricing, messaging, and playbooks
Help shape the future of sales at a company that’s already driving outcomes for brokers, MGAs, and carriers
What You’ll Do
Own outbound and inbound sales opportunities from qualification through close
Sell directly to agency owners, wholesalers, MGAs, and carrier teams
Help shape messaging, sales collateral, and GTM strategy based on real market feedback
Collaborate with product to align roadmap with customer needs
Represent Outmarket at industry events and with executive buyers
Who You Are
3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with experience selling into brokers, MGAs, carriers, or wholesalers
Proven track record of closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders
Comfortable navigating CRM, pipeline, and outbound tools
Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you know how to position value, not just features
Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Bonus If You Have
Background in insurtech, agency automation, or insurance data platforms
Rolodex of broker, MGA, or carrier relationships
Experience collaborating closely with product or being the first AE at a startup
